2. Emergency drill

2.1. Accident detection

The operator entered the F106 storage tank in the 127 tank area to clear the tank. During the clearing process, the material was stepped on by the personnel, and toxic gas was emitted under the material. The operator fainted after inhaling the toxic gas. The guardian immediately reported to Gu Jianfeng, deputy director of the warehouse.

2.2. The leader of the commanding team puts on an air respirator, and at the same time carries a safety belt and a safety rope to rescue on the spot.

2.3. After receiving the notice, the security department carries a portable gas detector to inspect the gas in the storage tank.

2.4. After the gas detection is completed, the rescuers tied the rescue rope and pulled the injured out of the 106 storage tank

2.5. The medical rescue team rushed to the scene, lifted the injured person onto a stretcher, and checked the injured person’s breathing and heartbeat

2.6. The commander-in-chief commented on the drill
