Development History
On June 17, 2006, Jebsen Lurgi, Germany Lurgi, and Deyuan held a signing ceremony for the fatty acid/fatty alcohol project.
At 8:00 am on June 17, 2007, the company officially launched the hydrolysis tower installation project with an annual processing capacity of 130,000 tons. The hydrolysis tower is the company's landmark building, and it is also the largest hydrolysis tower in China's oleochemical industry. Its height is 53m, weight is 120 tons, and its annual processing capacity is 130,000 tons.
The formal installation of the hydrolysis tower marked a breakthrough in the company's project construction.
In addition, large-scale equipment such as fatty acid distillation tower and glycerin distillation tower were also installed in the afternoon. Among them, the glycerol rectification tower is currently the leading domestic glycerol rectification equipment.
On October 13, 2007, the 111D1 hydrogenation reactor was successfully hoisted once. This reactor is a relatively heavy equipment in engineering construction so far. It has a height of 25m, an outer diameter of 3.004m, and a total weight of 311 tons. The successful hoisting of the hydrogenation reactor marks a major breakthrough in the company's project construction.

The weather outside was very cold, but in the two rented dormitories in Changjiang Town, it was busy and full of enthusiasm. The employees sorted their clothes and packed their belongings. On June 28, 2008, the water intermodal transportation of the fatty acid plant officially started
In order to do a good job in this water combined transportation, the trial operation leading group conducted a series of careful preparations, formulated a water combined transportation plan, fully estimated the accidents that may occur during the water combined transportation, and formulated corresponding emergency plans. In order to ensure the smooth progress of water combined transportation, the trial operation leading group has always focused on the first site, coordinating and solving various problems. The staff of various departments work overtime and work hard and conscientiously.
With the joint efforts of everyone, the water combined transportation ended smoothly. Fully prepared for the device feeding.
The fatty alcohol plant was put into operation in May 2010, marking the official operation of the domestic largest monomer fatty alcohol plant wholly-owned by Deyuan Group in China.
On March 10, 2015, the company's oleic acid plant was successfully trial-produced. In the same year, the company's rumen bypass fat powder device was also put into production one after another.
On December 6, 2016, the separation tower of the company’s newly added 8/10 acid separation unit was successfully hoisted at one time.
